I’ve spent over 35 years working in IT and have focused on cybersecurity since 2003. Over that time I learned where small healthcare practices get let down: generic IT shops that don’t know dental or medical software, and national help desks that treat a frozen schedule like just another ticket.
So I started Simon Says Systems to be the opposite — a local specialist who knows your software, takes patient-data protection seriously, and is local enough to show up in person when you need it.
